Estimates and project agreements

Project scope, pricing, scheduling, payment, materials, warranties and change orders are agreed separately in signed documents. Sending an inquiry does not create a contractor-client relationship or require us to accept work.

Contact requests

SMS requests depend on your phone and carrier; the message is not sent until you choose to send it. For urgent inquiries, call us directly.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit illegal or misleading material.
